Already talk to Claude? Tell it what you want, and it builds the app for you: screens, data, logic. Your subscription does the work, and Orbit charges nothing for the AI.

Build an app from the CLI
For when you, or your developer, live in the terminal. Create the app, change it, and launch it from there.

The REST API
Your own code can create and operate apps. Hand this one to your developer.

The browser studio
The full builder in a tab, nothing to install. Sketch screens, connect data, and watch the preview follow you.

The macOS app
Orbit in your dock instead of a tab. macOS today; we say so because the limit matters as much as the feature.

Not on phones yet. The apps you build run on phones; building from one is the one way in we have not built.
Start in Claude, finish in the browser
The surfaces all read and write the same app, so nothing is exported, synced, or copied between them. What the agent built this morning is what the studio opens this afternoon.

Questions, answered
Do I need the CLI to use Orbit?
No. The browser studio is the whole builder on its own; the CLI, the API, and MCP are extra ways in, not requirements.
Can Claude Code build a whole app on Orbit?
Yes. Connect Orbit as an MCP server and Claude Code can create the app, shape its screens and data, and launch it.
Does building from my own agent cost extra?
No. Your Claude or ChatGPT subscription does the AI work, and Orbit charges nothing for it.
Is there an API?
Yes. Apps can be created and operated over a REST API, so your own code and CI can drive the same builds.
Is the desktop app on Windows or Linux?
macOS only today. The browser studio covers every platform in the meantime.
