Your data is here to build and run your apps, nothing else. We do not sell it, we show no advertising, and we never use it to train anyone else's model. You can export or delete everything you create, at any time.
What we collect
Your account: your name, email address, and the details you use to sign in.
What you build: the apps you describe, their data models and content, and the data those apps store on your behalf.
Billing: your plan and credit usage, handled through our payment processor. We never see or store your full card details.
How you use Orbit: basic usage and device information, so we can keep the service reliable and support you.
Messages: if you build with or talk to Orbit over WhatsApp or another channel, the messages you send us, so we can act on them.
How we use it
Only to run the service: to build, host, deploy, and operate your apps; to bill you when you launch; to support you; and to keep Orbit secure and reliable. We do not use your data for advertising, and we do not use it to train third-party AI models.
How Orbit uses AI
To turn your description into a working app, we send what a build needs to an AI model provider. That provider processes your instructions and the relevant context to generate your app, and does not use your data to train its models.
WhatsApp and messaging
If you use Orbit through WhatsApp, your messages are processed through Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform so we can read what you send and reply. We use these messages only to operate that conversation and the features you ask for, never for advertising.
Who helps us process it
We rely on a small set of providers to run Orbit: an AI model provider to build your apps, cloud infrastructure to host and deploy them, a payment processor for billing, and email and messaging providers to reach you. Each receives only what its part of the service needs.
Storage and security
The credentials and tokens that connect your accounts and apps are encrypted. We protect your data with reasonable technical and organizational measures, and we limit access to those who need it to run the service.
Your apps and your data are yours
You own what you build. You can export your apps and their data, or delete them, at any time. Deletion removes your records and revokes the access tokens tied to them.
Keeping and deleting your data
We keep your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. When you delete an app or your account, we remove the associated data, except where we must keep a limited record to meet a legal or billing obligation.
Children
Orbit is built for adults and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as Orbit grows. For material changes we will give notice in the product or by email, and update the date at the top of this page.
