Terms of Service
Last updated 1 July 2026
These terms govern your use of Orbit. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use Orbit.
What Orbit does
Orbit is a platform for building and launching software. You describe what you want in plain language, our agents build it into a real app, and you launch it on your own domain. You direct the work; Orbit does the labor.
Your account
You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
What you build is yours
You own the apps you build with Orbit and the data they hold. You are responsible for making sure what you build, and the data you put into it, is lawful and that you have the right to use it.
Using Orbit responsibly
Use Orbit lawfully. Do not build or run apps for illegal, harmful, or abusive purposes, and do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or misuse the service or interfere with anyone else's use of it.
Building is free, launching is paid
Building and previewing apps is free. When you launch and keep an app live, you pay as you go, drawing from credits based on what the app uses. You only pay to launch, and you can stop at any time. Stopping ends the charges going forward.
Availability
Orbit is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. We work to keep it running and reliable, but we cannot guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. You are responsible for the apps you launch and for how they are used.
Suspension and termination
You can stop using Orbit and delete your data at any time. We may suspend or end an account that misuses the service, breaks these terms, or puts the security of Orbit or its users at risk.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Orbit is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of the service or the apps you build with it.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as Orbit grows. For material changes we will give notice in the product or by email. Continuing to use Orbit after a change means you accept the updated terms.
