Harness is Orbit's own agent runtime. It's the AI that builds your app, the agent you can run inside it, and the reason other agents can drive what you ship.
An agent that builds, then checks itself
Give it a build prompt and it reads the room, then gathers recipes, blocks, and images to work from. It composes your screens in streaming chunks. For an interactive app, it runs a simulation that has to pass before it calls the work done. Then it commits to a working app.
AI you can put inside your app
The workflow agent node is a full LLM agent inside your app's logic, with tools and typed output, its runs audited to your app's own tables. It isn't a scraping chatbot. It's an agent wired to the actions your app already has.
An app that speaks agent
Every launched app auto-exposes its data as a REST API with an OpenAPI schema and an llms.txt, so outside agents can read and drive it. And the whole platform is itself an MCP server you can build from.
Honest edge: the build companion runs in the studio; a launched app is agent-reachable over REST today, not yet its own MCP server.
